9. ORDERING PROCESS

9.1. Order Form: When filling out any order form on our website, you will be asked for your name, address, postal code of your area, your email address, your phone number, debit / credit card details, payment method. In addition, you may be asked for more specific information, such as shipping details of an order, invoicing details or details about an offer you may have requested.

9.2. Confirmation Email / Contract Preparation: Upon receipt of your Order Form, your Company will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. It is expressly agreed that the contract between the website and the User is concluded as soon as www.shayafashion.com confirms the receipt of the Order Form, with a corresponding e-mail, which it sends to the User / Customer.

Www.shayafashion.com reserves the right to cancel the order, as well as not to execute it, in case it is found that the User stated false or incorrect information in the Order Form or in case the order details cannot be confirmed or / and do not comply with the current pricing policy.

Www.shayafashion.com reserves the right to send the products of the order in parts if this is deemed appropriate for reasons that serve the shipping system and the User / Customer. The User / Customer is not charged with additional shipping costs.

9.2. Confirmation Email / Contract Preparation: Upon receipt of your Order Form, our Company will send you an email confirming the receipt of your order. Www.shayafashion.com reserves the right to send the products of the order in parts if this is deemed appropriate for reasons that serve the shipping system and the User / Customer. In that case, the User / Customer is not charged with additional shipping costs.

9.3 Order Cancellations / Product Returns: Each User has the right to cancel the order of the Products sent through the website within 8 hours from submitting the relevant order to the Company, by informing the eshop with an e-mail to info@shayafashion.com. Cancellations of orders that have already been sent are not accepted and the customer will be charged with the costs of shipping and returning the package.

9.4. Right of Withdrawal: Every User has the right to withdraw from purchasing the Products ordered through the website, in case they are not satisfied for any reason. To do so they have to send a fully completed Withdrawal Form via fax at 0030 24670 82910 or via e-mail at info@shayafashion.com 

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

a) The return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receiving the order (for orders delivered in Greece) and within twenty (20) calendar days for orders delivered abroad. The return must be accompanied by a fully completed withdrawal form which has to be sent via fax at 0030 24670 82910 or e-mail at info@shayafashion.com.

b) The returned product must be unused, in excellent condition, exactly as it was before the sale, placed in its original packaging and accompanied by all its contents, as well as any promotional gifts and / or accompanying forms that may have included it.

c) The returned product must be accompanied by the original purchase document (retail receipt or invoice) and the corresponding return forms fully completed.

d) Return shipments must be made with the same courier service as the one used for the original delivery (DHL, TNT, EMS). 

 

10. PAYMENT METHODS

Product Payment: You can pay for your order in the following ways:

a) Debit / Credit Card: You may use your debit / credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express) to complete your order. 11. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & DELIVERY 

11.1 All Products that appear in Shaya.com are immediately available and can be delivered from the day of the order within 2-3 working days in Greece (if the order has been made until 13:00) and within 4 - 8 working days in Europe and America. Exceptions can apply (eg due to stock shortage, etc.). In that case, www.shayafashion.com is committed to make every effort possible to satisfy your order as soon as possible.

11.2 In case the Product you want does not appear as "Immediately Available", you may reach out to us through the relevant contact form and we will inform you when the product will be available again. The Company does not provide any guarantee and does not bear any responsibility regarding the availability of the products.

11.3 In any case, if you do not receive the Product you ordered through www.shayafashion.com within ten working (10) days of your purchase confirmation, please contact our online store via tel: +30 24670 82910 or e-mail: info@shayafashion.com.

11.4 Shayafashion.com is not responsible for the delayed delivery of the Products caused by the courier company, as well as in cases of delivery at a different time from the indicative completed by the customer on the order form. The Customer explicitly agrees and accepts that the delayed delivery or the undesirable delivery time, is not a reason for refusing to receive the Products and/or refusing paying the relevant order.

11.5 Shayafashion.com is not responsible for the delivery time in case of strikes, national or bank holidays, extreme weather conditions, wars, pandemic, extreme conditions, as well delivery in inaccessible areas, as determined by the courier companies cooperating with www.shayafashion.com .
