At Shayafashion.com the payment of purchases can be made with:
1) Credit card
Recognizing the importance of online payment security, Shayafashion.com uses EveryPay app. It is a licensed Payment Institution by the Bank of Greece (decision no. 280/3 / 23-7-2018 FEK B 3010 / 25-7-2018), which manages the secure data transaction of card payments, in accordance to the regulatory framework of card transaction security management regulations.
Everypay is certified by the Card Transaction Security (PCI DSS) standard, and is subject to periodic inspections by a consulting firm of specialists. All EverPay services are provided through secure connections with 256 bit SSL certificates. EveryPay also supports 3D Secure system, an additional security feature for VISA & MasterCard. When paying, users will have to enter their personal secret code in order to successfully complete the transaction.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
Shayafashion.com orders are delivered from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. As each order is unique, shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the selected items. For purchases over € 250, shipping is free.
All products displayed on Shayafashion.com are available immediately (except for a few exceptions such as stock shortage, etc.). Shaya products can be shipped for free within 2-3 working days within Greece, while in Europe, USA and the rest of the world within 4-8 working days from the day of the order. Delivery service is performed by DHL, EMS and TNT (express) for both shipments in Greece and worldwide.
In any case, if you do not receive the Product you ordered through Shayafashion.com within ten working (10) days from your order, please contact our Customer Service at tel: 0030 24670 82910 or e-mail: info @ shayafashion. com.
Shayafashion.com has no liability for delays in the delivery of the products to the Customer due to responsibility of the transport company, as well as in cases of delivery at a different time from the indicative that has been completed on the order form. The Customer expressly agrees and accepts that the late delivery or the undesirable delivery time, is not a reason for refusing to accept the products and/or refusing to pay them on full price.
Additionally, Shayafashion.com is not responsible for the delivery time of the products in cases of strikes, holidays, extreme weather conditions, wars, natural disasters, riots and emergency conditions in general, as well as for delivery in inaccessible areas, as these are determined by the courier companies cooperating with Shayafashion.com.

2. TAXES AND CUSTOMS
Delivery of Shaya products within the EU is not subject to customs duties or additional taxes. However, if you are a customer from outside the EU, you may be required to pay additional custom duties. Cross-border deliveries are subject to inspection by the local authorities.
Shayafashion.com is not responsible for and does not compensate any additional charges or inspections that are subject to the above regulations and laws.
RETURN POLICY
Returned Shaya products must comply with the following return policy:
1) Items that have not been delivered
Each User has the right to cancel the order of Shaya products sent through Shayafashion.com within 8 hours of sending the relevant order by informing the company via email at: info@shayafashion.com. Cancellations of orders that have already been sent are not accepted and the customer is charged with the costs for the delivery and return of the package.
2) Items that have been delivered
a) The return of Shaya products must be carried out within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of the reception of the product for products delivered within Greece and within twenty (20) calendar days for products delivered abroad. The returned product must be accompanied by a fully completed return form, which is enclosed in the package received by the customer and must have already been sent via (fax) 24670 82910 or e-mail to info@shayafashion.com. b) The returned Shaya product must be unused, in excellent condition, exactly as it was before the delivery, in its full packaging and accompanied with all its original contents, as well as any gift that may have been included.
Items must be returned unharmed, intact and unused, with all labels attached and in their original packaging, and must be placed in the original boxes and the accompanying fabric bags.
c) Return shipments must be made with the same courier service as used for the original delivery (DHL, TNT, EMS).
d) The returned product must be accompanied by the original purchase document (retail receipt or invoice).
For Shaya products in special sizes and / or tailor-made orders, returns are not accepted.
All Shaya items are checked upon return and -if the above conditions are met- the purchase price is refunded in the same way that the customer used for the payment of the order.
The refund is made with 2-5 working days from the order’s return, excluding shipping costs.
In the event of a defective product, Shaya undertakes its replacement after communicating with the Customer.
Right of Withdrawal: Every User has the right to withdraw from the purchase made from the website, in case they are not satisfied for any reason, by sending a fully completed withdrawal document form to fax: 0030 24670 82910 or email:info@shayafashion.com.
