Payment methods

At the payment of purchases can be made with:

1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION orders are delivered from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. As each order is unique, shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the selected items. For purchases over € 250, shipping is free.


All products displayed on are available immediately (except for a few exceptions such as stock shortage, etc.). Shaya products can be shipped for free within 2-3 working days within Greece, while in Europe, USA and the rest of the world within 4-8 working days from the day of the order. Delivery service is performed by DHL, EMS and TNT (express) for both shipments in Greece and worldwide.

Delivery of Shaya products within the EU is not subject to customs duties or additional taxes. However, if you are a customer from outside the EU, you may be required to pay additional custom duties. Cross-border deliveries are subject to inspection by the local authorities. is not responsible for and does not compensate any additional charges or inspections that are subject to the above regulations and laws.




Returned Shaya products must comply with the following return policy:


1) Items that have not been delivered

Each User has the right to cancel the order of Shaya products sent through within 8 hours of sending the relevant order by informing the company via email at: Cancellations of orders that have already been sent are not accepted and the customer is charged with the costs for the delivery and return of the package.

2) Items that have been delivered

a) The return of Shaya products must be carried out within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of the reception of the product for products delivered within Greece and within twenty (20) calendar days for products delivered abroad. c) Return shipments must be made with the same courier service as used for the original delivery (DHL, TNT, EMS).

d) The returned product must be accompanied by the original purchase document (retail receipt or invoice).

For Shaya products in special sizes and / or tailor-made orders, returns are not accepted.

All Shaya items are checked upon return and -if the above conditions are met- the purchase price is refunded in the same way that the customer used for the payment of the order.

The refund is made with 2-5 working days from the order’s return, excluding shipping costs.

In the event of a defective product, Shaya undertakes its replacement after communicating with the Customer.
